• SHIFT Performance Training exists to develop athleticism and confidence through structured performance training and a culture built on growth, accountability, and long-term development.

  • After a knee surgery at 16 reshaped my athletic journey, I developed a passion for helping athletes overcome adversity, maximize their potential, and train with purpose. I went on to play collegiate soccer at Frostburg State University while earning my B.S. in Exercise & Sport Science and becoming a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

    Since 2018, I’ve worked with youth, collegiate, and professional athletes across multiple sports, specializing in strength development, speed training, return-to-play integration, and long-term athletic development.

    Outside of coaching, I enjoy traveling and trying new food spots with my wife and son, training in the gym, playing soccer, snowboarding, a strong appreciation for caffeine, and anything related to car detailing and car culture.

  • SHIFT is about more than training.

    Through structured coaching and a culture centered on growth and accountability, athletes develop confidence, resilience, discipline, and leadership skills that extend far beyond sport.

    The mission is to create an environment where athletes not only improve performance, but become role models for the next generation and positively impact their teams, schools, and community.
